Minister of International Cooperation Naglaa el-Ahwani and the World Bank Country Director in Cairo Hartwig Schafer on Tuesday signed two agreements to fund Egyptian projects.
The first agreement stipulates that WB's MENA transition fund would provide $4 millions to the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority to launch micro-finance projects.
The second agreement states that WB would provide $8,1 millions to the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency to finance project of Sustainable management of persistent organic pollutants.
