In statements to MENA Wednesday, State Minister of Scientific Research Nadia Zakhari asserted that the system of scientific research in Africa has started to improve. Zakhari asserted the necessity to link research and scientific studies with the basic needs of the continent especially in the fields of food, health, water and industry. Zakhari said that some agreements were reached in the different domains during her recent visit to Congo-Brazzaville. Egypt and Congo agreed on boosting cooperation in the different scientific fields, she said.
