Menofiya University Board decided at an emergency meeting on Wednesday referring 12 staff members and four assistant staffers to a disciplinary committee after trying to storm the office of the university\'s president on Tuesday following a protest they staged to express solidarity with some detained colleagues. The board also unanimously decided to suspend the accused from work for three months and ordered that a quarter of their salaries be cut for a month or more, depending on a final say by the committee.
