Cairo University on Tuesday awarded the honorary PhD degree in social sciences to Sharjah Ruler Sheikh Sultan bin Mohamed al Qasemy.

Attending the ceremony were Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby and several senior statesmen and Arab ambassadors accredited to Egypt along with artists, intellectuals and scientists.
