Cairo - MENA
A number of Al Azhar University students loyal to the Muslim Brotherhood attacked police from the rooftops of some of their dormitory buildings in Nasr City, Cairo. The masked students hurled stones and cocktail molotov at the security forces deployed outside the campus. The forces fired tear gas bombs to contain the riot acts by the students who had broken the facades of some on campus buildings. The students are protesting against a Wednesday decision by the Cabinet branding the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist group.
