Two homemade bombs have been found beside the Faculty of Medicine For Men at Azhar University, said Mahmoud Sobeiha, Azhar University security head. The two bombs have been defused, without any reported damages, he added. He, meanwhile, said that security forces in cooperation with the university security are stepping up security measures at the university in order to secure students who are sitting for exams. Sobeiha further said that a number of fireworks and bombs were found with the students, who were then arrested. Meanwhile, about 15 students are climbing over the mosque of university dorm for men in Nasr City and are hurling stones on citizens who are standing on the other side. They are also chanting slogans against security forces, who are stationed outside the dorm.
