A national company has launched a KD 4 million project to secure e-learning for all segments of the society.Talal Al-Yagout, Chairman of Al-Tawasol Services Co. said at a news conference, on Tuesday, that the program was launched to furnish users of electronic means, namely the internet, with easy tool to have access to knowledge without financial costs.This service is an educational-cultural-media network for serving the society, Al-Yagout added.
