Dean of the Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies at Al Azhar University in Khanka decided Saturday to cancel the exams of four female students .
The decision was taken due to accusations of instigating violence and chaos against the students.
They tried to instigate their colleagues to launch a protest, the dean added.
