A number of students and teachers from public schools took part in a youth forum held under the theme “Women and Social Media” which was organised by the Supreme Council for Women(SCW)’s youth department as part of celebrations marking Bahrain Women Day 2013 on December 1. A host of media persons from the GCC countries participated in the forum which spotlighted women’s main accomplishments in the media field and their role in determining the identity and features of the media rhetoric and ways to develop it
