One person was killed and two others were injured in clashes, on Thursday in the Fez-Dher Mehrez college campus, between students from two opposite factions: Attajdid Tollabi and Annahj democrati Al Qaidi, the Wilaya of Fez announced on Friday. The student Abderrahim Hasnaoui succumbed to his wounds, on Friday, after he was transported to the intensive care unit at the Hassan II University Hospital for the necessary health care, said the statement. The public prosecutor at the Fez Court of Appeal ordered the opening of a probe, said the same source, adding that four suspects have been arrested, on Thursday night, for their involvement in this incident. Investigations are still going on to bring the accused to justice.
