Al Jazeera and  RTL group could be interested in the Italian pay-television channel owned by Mediaset, Italian newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore reported yesterday without citing sources. Mediaset’s vice chairman, Piersilvio Berlusconi, said that foreign investors potentially interested in buying the pay-TV channel had approached the company but that there were no active negotiations.
