Egyptian talk show host Dr Hala Sarhan ended her contract with Rotana Video & Audio Visual Company. She resigned as head of the cinema department and member of the board of Rotana Channels. Sources said Hala Sarhan had several arguments with the channel’s management. The channel cut down on the show’s length from three hours to two and the production budget was also cut, sources said. Rotana refused to make set design changes requested by Sarhan, which led her to quit immediately. It was reported she is in Dubai exploring future projects.
