Cairo - MENA
The Federation of Arab Journalists (FAJ) condemned on Thursday the terrorist attack on the Paris office of French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo that left 12 people dead and 10 others injured.
In a statement, the FAJ said that this massacre is tantamount to a declared war by these terror elements on the freedom of expression and journalists who fulfill their duties in reporting news.
The FAJ stands by French journalists in aborting all attempts aimed at intimidating journalists and clamping down on the freedom of opinion and expression, the statement added.
