The Jordan International Energy Conference (JIEC) opened on Tuesday bringing together representatives of 22 Arab and foreign nations to tackle ways and means of boosting the energy sector and exchange expertise. The three-day conference, organised by the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA), will discuss topics of Energy Resources; Conventional, renewable, new energy and nuclear energy resources, energy economics, energy and sustainable development, energy and environment, energy and green buildings, energy technologies and applications, energy uses and management, electrical interconnection and energy sector, regulations and policies.
