The first Algerian shipment of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Egypt will arrive at Ain Sokhna port on April 23, well-placed sources told MENA on Monday.
The first shipment will carry an initial cargo of about 145,000 cubic meters of LNG, added the sources.
It is expected that the other five shipments agreed upon between Algeria's Sonatrach and Egyptian gas company EGAS to be delivered to Egypt within this year.
