Electricity Minister Mohamed Shaker and the president of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) attended the signing of a framework agreement to develop the power transmission network in Egypt at investments worth $1.8 billion.
The signing took place during the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) on Saturday.
