State Minister for Planning Affairs Michel Pheraon confirmed the lack of any enthusiasm to go back to the choice of setting up combustion systems for trash, yet such a choice, according to him, has come back to consideration and study after the failure of the landfills choice and the return to 2010 plan that was set into exploration by a competent ministerial committee.
