Nakheel, a Dubai-based developer, said on Sunday that it signed a management agreement with UK-based Premier Inn for its hotel at Ibn Battuta Mall. The 372-room hotel, which will be part of the 28,000 square metre expansion of the Ibn Battuta complex, will feature a restaurant, bar, a Costa coffee store, a rooftop swimming pool and gym. It will be linked by a pedestrian bridge to the Dubai Metro station and to the mall. It is set to open in 2016. Source: Gulf News
