French jewellery, watch and perfume brand Van Cleef & Arpels has announced the launch of new fragrance, Rêve Elixir. This fruity, woody floral eau de parfum opens with notes of peach blossom petals, pear and neroli, has heart notes of frangipani blossom and iris flower, while amber, sandalwood and cedar are at the base.
