The Spring/Summer 2012 collection from "Boggi" is characterized, in its formal part, by the choice of fabrics used, which include natural and noble fibers such as mohair, wool with a high yarn count, cotton and linens. The latter two are sometimes mixed together to give off a more attractive finish whilst retaining the quality of the fabric. Selected and purchased from the best woolen mills of Biella, in combination with the selected classical/modern models, Boggi offers its customers a variety of contemporary items for a fresh, renewed wardrobe. Blue Label Blue Label offers a wide range of classical wear ranging from the more formal fabrics such as pinstripes "gessati" to the blended "Prince of Wales" and Micro-structured weaves. The colors range from grey and blue to light turquoise with a fine touch of brown tobacco. The most prominent theme in the collection is the innovative fabric treatment known as "spray dyed" yarn dyeing, which gives off a mottled, washed, linen-like appearance. Another perfect item for the fashionable consumer is the garment dyed cotton suit, one of the few garments that can be used as a mix & match (broken suit). The most appealing part of the garment is its 2 button plain cut, designed in a way to enhance comfort. Boggi also offers its customers a selection of blazers for a casual yet elegant overall look. Light and rustic fabrics are presented in different styles and are enriched with striped lining, contrasted by the under collars and chest pockets, which are lined to give off the “handkerchief” look. For a more formal attire, Boggi introduces the double-breasted blazer. The sports jackets are not to be missed, along with a selection of dress shirts designed in incredibly light fabric. The pants in this collection are made of 250grams of evergreen wool combined with an extensive variety of "garment dyed" items in colors and styles that go well with the sports jackets. The pants can also be matched up with a shirt or polo-shirt from the wide selection that Boggi offers. The colors range from “ice shades” and blue to a faded red. Among the classic shirts, there is a consolidated increase in RASL (open neck) collars. Red, pink and lilac shades are mixed with turquoise and blue, adding a touch of color to the collection. The Button Down tailored fit model is designed with strongly present stripes and colors. In the sporty shirts collection, a new neck is introduced, the so-called “Bowling” neck, a tailored fitted cut in denim and linen / cotton for a refined sporty look. Polos: Boggi focuses on the pique polo shirt in both solid and mixed colors. A new item in this selection is the Bowling neck, giving the Polo Shirt a more sophisticated feel. Knitwear: A new yarn, a pristine cotton cashmere blend, is presented in an attempt to achieve a fine mesh with a soft, light touch. The proposed palette for knitwear is a blend of colors. Another new lightweight, "super tasmania," yarn, is used to create a silky and refined V-neck. In basic cotton, classic models are being offered in navy blue and grey. The turtle neck oxford is presented anew as well in a range of classical and fresh colors. Another must-have in this collection is Boggi's outerwear for men on the move. A new line, known as the ”Traveller,” consists of clothing made of plain weaved waterproof canvas fabric. Its main features are characterized by the iPad sized pockets, document holders, key rings and iPhone holder with an eyelet for a headset - full optioned Garments for today's traveler. Waterproof, cotton like raincoats, bombers and vests made of ultra-light fabrics complete the collection. Black Labl This label features dry fits, silhouetting the male body. The garments, strictly made in stretch fabrics, enhance comfort and flexibility. The ties are made with a 7 CM spade. This line, very contemporary, is more suited for customers keen on following fashion trends. It offers a look that is suitable for both day and night.
