Controversial plans to allow EU countries to integrate at different speeds after Brexit will not create a "new iron curtain", European Commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker said Friday.
"As far as this so-called multi-speed Europe is concerned... this is seen as introducing a new dividing line, a new kind of iron curtain between the east and west. That is not the intention," Juncker told a news conference after a Brussels summit.
