Wall Street stocks finished at fresh records Monday following strong economic data and in anticipation of another strong quarter of corporate earnings reports.

All three major indices ended at all-time highs, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average jumping 0.7 percent to 22,559.24 at the closing bell.

The broad-based S&P 500 rose 0.4 percent to 2,529.23, while the tech-rich Nasdaq Composite Index gained 0.3 percent to 6,516.17.
