A suicide car bomb attack on an army checkpoint killed at least seven Libyan soldiers in the eastern city of Benghazi on Tuesday, military sources said.
Special Forces spokesman Miloud Zaoui said the attack took place in the Lithi area in the south of the port city, and another military source said it was carried out by a suicide bomber in a car.
