Ahmed Falawkas has joined the ‘Bab El-Khalk’ TV series’ cast, signing a contract with the production company ‘Egypt’s Arts’ or ‘Fonon Misr’. It was decided to choose Egyptian star, Mahmoud Abdel Aziz to play the main role in ‘Bab El-Khalk’. Falawkas is reportedly attending intensive sessions with director Adel Adeeb to study  his new role. The Egyptian actor believes that, it will be a great step in his career progressive to work with a star like Mahmoud Abdel Aziz. Falawkas also expects to release his movie ‘An Hour and Half’ or ‘Saa’a wa Nos’, directed byt Wael Ihsan and produced by Ahmed El-Sobky. ‘Bab El-Khalk’ also includes Egyptian actress Menna Fadali and Hamdi Ahmed. It is expected to be shot in three European countries, and will discuss local issues relevant to Egyptian society. In addition, the crew will include the screenwriter Muhammad Soliman, costume designer Nahed Nasr Allah, set designer Ayman Fatthi, and the Turkish makeup artist Sahra Çelik. Falawkas’s latest TV series, “We are students” or “Ehna El-Talba”,was released in Ramadan 2011.
