The Tunisian Animated Film Festival will be held from December 16 to 23 in 10 cities: Bizerte, Houmet-Souk, Gabes, Le Kef, Nabeul, Sfax, Sousse, la Goulette, Carthage and Tunis. The festival is organised by the French institution in Tunisia, in collaboration with a number of Tunisian associations. It presents a seven-day celebration of diverse, enlightening, inspiring and entertaining cinematic works. The festival promises to exhibit a diverse mix of some of the best Tunisian and French productions: short movies, animated movies, 3D movies, computer-animated movies and cartoons. According to the festival’s schedule, the French short animation movie, Logorama, which won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film in 2010, will be screened. Moreover, the Festival will honour animated movie makers in Tunisia and France, besides honouring three movies for Sylvain Chaumet.
