New York singer-songwriter Billy Joel announced on his website Thursday he will perform a New Year's Eve concert at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Tickets are to go on sale at Ticketmaster Nov. 9. Joel is known for his hits "Piano Man, "Only the Good Die Young," "Angry Young Man" and "New York State of Mind."
