At least 82 people died in clashes in different parts of Syria over the past hours where the clashes north of Latakia between the Syrian Army and opposition forces expanded to nearby villages. Meanwhile, the armed opposition forces appeared to be seeking to open a passageway to the sea north of Latakia, announced the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights on Sunday. The Observatory said that the opposition fighters are trying to open a passageway to the sea in order to receive arms shipments. The opposition fighters took a control of a strategic area west of the city of Aleppo, northern Syria, after fierce battles that killed 39 members from the regular forces and the armed opposition. In the province of Aleppo, fighters from (Al-Fath Al-Mubin) movement were able to cut the road between the city of Aleppo, Aleppo International Airport and advanced into Azizah village, the observatory added.
