At least eight ISIS militants have been killed in northern Syria during an operation by the Turkish Armed Forces and the international coalition, security sources said.
According to Turkish security sources the Turkish army hits 11 targets on Saturday, which were reportedly in preparation of attacking Turkey, Anadolu Agency reported.
The targets consisted of weapon pits, Katyusha rocket launchers and mortars, the sources said.
The coalition forces conducted three airstrikes on ISIS positions in Syria, the sources added.
Turkey's southeastern province of Kilis has faced a spate of cross-border rocket attacks from ISIS in recent months.
