Mohammad Halabi, spokesman for Aleppo Revolution Coordination Union, has said that the war in Aleppo reached its peak. Speaking to AA on Friday, Halabi said that the regime forces had been escalating the bombardment of neighborhoods and rural areas of Aleppo in the past two days, adding that regime soldiers did not hesitate bombing civilians. Noting that at least 50 people were killed in bombardments, Halabi said that the war in Aleppo reached its peak. He added that Free Syrian Army killed at least 55 soldiers from Assad's army, and was still holding 75 percent of neighborhoods in Aleppo.
