The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) on Tuesday said that some warplanes have carried out a series of airstrikes against areas located on the outskirts of Palmyra in Homs countryside.
According to the US-based Al-Hurra channel, the observatory added that clashes are still maintained in the eastern countryside of Homs between elements of Daesh terrorist group on one side, and the Syrian regime and its allies on the other side.
Earlier, Syrian air force has conducted several airstrikes against gatherings and outposts belonging to Daesh terrorist group.
The sorties resulted in destroying two armored vehicles and two others equipped with machine guns owned by the terrorist group.
