The US-led coalition warplanes dropped leaflets over residents of the Daesh-controlled city of Al-Raqqah urging them to leave the city, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said on Friday.
Rami Abdel Rahman, head of SOHR said it is the first time to call on the city's residents to leave, indicating that those leaflets are just part of media war against the terrorist group.
Lately, there is information that Kurds, backed by the international alliance, are preparing to attack Daesh in their stronghold in Al-Raqqah, he added.
Abdel Rahman, meanwhile, ruled out the possibility of an instant attack, noting that Al-Raqqah needs a planned battle with a large number of soldiers.
