The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said the areas, controlled by Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in northern Aleppo Countryside came under heavy shelling.
It is likely that opposition militants, backed by Turkey, are to be blamed for the shelling, the US Alhurra channel quoted the observatory as saying on Thursday.
Regime forces and opposition fighters exchanged shelling of several districts in western Aleppo and its western countryside, according to SOHR.
The observatory added that three SDF militants were killed in fierce clashes with Daesh fighters in western countryside in Raqqa city, the stronghold of Daesh group in Syria.
