Four new Syrian towns in the countryside of Latakia have joined the reconciliation agreement over the past 24 hours, the Russian center for reconciliation of the warning sides said in a news bulletin that was published by the website of the Russian Defense Ministry.
The total number of Syrian towns and villages that signed the reconciliation agreement has reached 490.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Homs, Latakia, Hama provinces.
The number of armed groups that refused to join the reconciliation deal remained 69.
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 10 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Damascus, and Latakia provinces.
Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have performed mortar shelling of Duma, Jaubar, Haush-Duarah, Arbil, Kabun and Khan-ash-Shikh inhabited areas in the Damascus province.
