Syria's state-media said a mortar shell slammed a residential block in a Damascus suburb on Wednesday, while a pro-government radio reported the blast of a car bomb in another suburb of the capital. State-run SANA news agency said a mortar shell hit a residential block in the battered suburb of Saida Zainab, which had been hit earlier in the day by the blast of an explosive device that killed six people. The details surrounding the latest attack are still emerging. Meanwhile, the pro-government Sham FM said a car bomb ripped through the Damascus suburb of Mu'adamiah on Wednesday evening but gave no further details.
