At least 15 Kurdish fighters were killed in clashes with militants of the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant (ISIL) in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo, announced the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).
In a press statement Saturday, the SOHR said that the Kurdish fighters, including four females, were killed in the clashes that took place in the Zour Mghar village in western Reef A'in al-A'rab (Kobani) city which ISIL fighters took hold of yesterday.
In Hama Province, the SOHR reported that the government aircraft dropped several explosive barrels on parts of the A'tshan village in eastern Reef Hama near a camp for internally displaced Syrians, leaving at least nine people dead and scores others injured.
