An agreement to move thousands of Daraya residents to Qudsaia and al Keswa and other shelter centers in Damascus countryside went into effect on Friday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said.
Under the Daraya deal, some 700 fighters will be also displaced at a later stage, SOHR added.
The fighters will be allowed to move with their families to Idlib.
Meanwhile, bulldozers arrived to Daraya to pave the way for opening roads for trucks and ambulances to enter the suburb that has been under Daesh control since four years, the London-based Observatory noted.
