The death toll from airstrikes on the Syrian city of Aleppo rose to 27, Sky News TV channel reported Thursday.
The victims included children and women, a civil defense center said.
It added that the air raids left a huge number of its equipment in the city destroyed.
Many civilians suffered also suffocation after warplanes dropped chlorine-filled barrels on a district in Aleppo, the city's health directorate said.
The Free Syrian Army also took control of several villages in Aleppo countryside following clashes with militias of the Syrian Democratic Forces.
