At least 14 Syrians were killed and dozens others injured in a wave of suicide bombing attacks that targeted different Syrian cities. In Hama, a suicide bomber blew up his booby-trapped car near a government-controlled town, killing at least six people on Saturday, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said. The bombing occurred early Saturday near the town of Salamiya in the central province of Hama, the SOHR added. Four civilians were killed and seven others were wounded in a second car bombing attack in Hama. Meanwhile, the Syrian army continued its heavy bombardment of the opposition-held areas in Hama, the source added. It also reported that Syrian army helicopters dropped drums containing chlorine gas on the town of Kafr Zeta in Hama, which resulted in many cases of suffocation early on Saturday and there is no information on the numbers of causalities yet. In Homs, a powerful explosion rocked Jeb al-Jandali neighborhood in Homs city, and left four dead and scores injured, the SOHR reported. Moreover, one civilian was killed and 10 others wounded by two rocket shells fired on al-Ahli hospital in al-Zahra neighborhood, Homs.
