At least 35 people have died as a result of torture at the regime's prisons in Al-Qaryatin town, Homs Governorate, central Syria, since the regular troops recaptured the town earlier this year.
Dozens of residents of the town were detained by the regular troops and some of them were released in September under a truce deal with the armed opposition groups, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported on Friday.
Meanwhile, five opposition fighters were killed in clashes with the regular troops in Sahl Al-Ghab area, Hama governorate, according to SOHR.
The Syrian regime intensified attacks on Jobar district of Damascus where more than 12 missiles targeted the opposition forces.
The Syrian military helicopters dropped four barrel bombs on Khan Al-Sheikh town, on the rural outskirts of Damascus where three people, include a female child, were killed.
In Ain Al-Arab (Kobane) district, northeast Aleppo governorate, fighting continued sporadically between the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and the Kurdish defenders of the district amid intensified airstrikes by the international coalition on the ISIL locations.
