At least 25 people were killed and 107 others wounded on Wednesday by two car bombs that tore through a neighborhood of the country's central province of Homs, the pro-government Sham FM radio reported. The twin bombings rocked the al-Khadram Street in Karm Allouz neighborhood of Homs, the report said, adding that the blast left big property losses. The report said that the bombs were detonated in a swift succession, and the authorities there urged people to stay away from the bombing site for fear of another bombing . Further information about the twin bombings are still emerging. Blasts and mortar attacks have surged in Syria where the conflict between the Syrian army and armed rebels has entered its fourth year with no solution insight.
