At least 2 policemen were killed and three other injured Saturday in a suicide car bomb attack in Diyala province north of the Iraqi capital, an Iraqi security source announced.
"A booby-trapped vehicle driven by a suicide bomber exploded in Al-khales district north of Diyala province, killing 2 policemen and injuring another 3 security personnel", an Iraqi officer told Petra's reporter in Baghdad.
Ambulances rushed to the scene and transferred the inured to a nearby hospital, he added.
