Iraqi warplanes and the US-led coalition carried out 25 sorties on Daesh positions during the last 24 hours, leaving scores of militants dead and weapons destroyed.
The Iraqi warplanes carried out 13 warplanes against targets of Daesh group in Samarra Island, destroying a bulldozer and booby-trapped vehicle.
The US-led coalition warplanes carried out 12 sorties in Anbar, Nineveh and Saladin provinces, killing 12 terrorists and destroying 12 supply lines, nine battling positions, two vehicles and weapons cache.
In Anbar, infantry forces carried out an operation, killing 18 terrorists and detonating 65 explosive devices.
