Ninety-one terrorists belonging to Daesh were killed by air strikes and field confrontations by Iraqi forces, according to an official statement on Thursday.
A statement by the war media unit, under the Iraqi joint operations command, said the anti-Daesh coalition air forces executed 26 raids that left 83 terrorists killed, seven vehicles, a boat laden with 100 mortars, and three other boats destroyed.
As part of the operations, 39 air raids were executed by the Iraqi warplanes targeting separate posts of Daesh, especially in Anbar, the statement said.
In a related development, eight terrorists were killed by Iraqi forces, joined by popular resistance forces, in operations in Anbar, it added.
