At least 75 Daesh terrorists were killed in Fallujah during a military operation launched by military's Joint Operations Command in Baghdad on Tuesday.
Backed by the wareplanes of the US-led coalition, the army recaptured al Karmah, a city northeastern Fallujah.
While 51 terrorist were killed by the Iraqi forces, 18 others were killed by the coalition strikes.
The remaining militants were killed in separate military operations.
Meanwhile, Iraqi ministry of migration and displacement vowed to offer humanitarian assistance for Fallujah residents who were forced to flee after the launch of the military operation.
