Libyan military commander Khalifa Haftar is just a part of the solution of the Libyan crisis, French Ambassador to Libya Brigitte Curmi said on Thursday.
Speaking to Libya TV channel, Curmi said her country supports the national reconciliation government, under Fayez al Sarraj, as well as the Skhirat agreement, which, according to the French ambassador, has still some defects.
The deal represents an important framework for the political solution in Libya but all rival parties should first approve it, Curmi said.
"There are no French troops in the Libyan territories," she said, revealing cooperation between the two countries in the fight against terrorism.
