Unknown gunmen on Tuesday injured a government official in Quetta, capital of Balochistan South-west Pakistan. According to sources, gunmen ambushed Deputy Director Schools, Abrar Ahmed’s vehicle when he reached his office at Education Directorate at Shawakshah Road. The deputy director got injured as a result of firing, however, Abrar managed to injure one attacker by running over him with his car. The injured attacker later succumbed to his injuries, Pakistan's (Geo News) reported. Abrar Ahmed was shifted to CMH while the body of the attacker was sent to Civil Hospital. Police reached the incident site after getting the information and recovered two pistols from the culprits while further investigation is underway.
