At least six people were killed and 11 others were injured on Friday in a suicide attack that targeted a senior Pakistani police commander in the Northwestern city of Peshawar."It was a suicide attack, the target was the FC commander," police official Arshad Khan told AFP.It was not clear whether Abdul Majeed Marwat, commander of the paramilitary Frontier Constabulary for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, was hurt in the attack.The attack took place when the police chief was passing through a military checkpost in the busy cantonment area of Peshawar."We have received six dead bodies, including two women. Eleven people were also injured," Sayed Jameel Shah, a spokesman for Peshawar's main Lady Reading Hospital, said.
