Early Tuesday morning, police raided Subway spokesman Jared Fogle's Zionville home after the former director of the Jared Foundation was arrested on child pornography charges.
The Indianapolis Star is reporting investigators from the FBI, State Police and Postal Service were spotted outside of the 37-year-old's home.
While FBI spokeswoman Wendy Osbourne did confirm that the agency was conducting an investigation, she would not say why. According to CNBC, a warrant had been issued as part of an ongoing investigation, and while Fogle was escorted from his home and his electronics removed, he was not placed into custody.
Russell Taylor, the former director of the Jared Foundation, was arrested in April after being found in possession of child pornography. After Taylor's arrest, Fogle announced his foundation would be severing all ties with Taylor and the news had come as a shock. Neither Subway nor Fogle have commented about the ongoing investigation in his home or the possible charges.
