The ex-girlfriend of the father of actress Lindsay Lohan is back in jail. Palm Beach County jail records show 29-year-old Kate Major is being held without bond on several charges including battery on an officer and resisting an officer with violence. It was not immediately known if she has an attorney. Records show she was arrested early Sunday morning by Boca Raton police. Major is the ex-girlfriend of Lohan, who pleaded no contest in Florida late last year stemming from domestic violence charges. He was ordered not to have any contact with Major.
