Meek Mill called out Drake on Twitter on Tuesday, accusing the rapper of not writing his own lyrics.
While Mill's girlfriend, Nicki Minaj, was dealing with her back and forth banter with Taylor Swift about this year's Video Music Award nominations, the recording artist himself was stirring the pot with a fellow rapper.
Mill went on a serious Twitter rant and brought Drake in the mix when he said: "Stop comparing drake to me too.... He don't write his own raps! That's why he ain't tweet my album because we found out! "
He continued writing: "The whole game know forreal they scared to tell the truth! I can't wait tok these guys and sit back and act like they don't know!" and "Don't compare me to none of the cats that don't write they own raps either...... Lol"
He acknowledged that J.Cole and Kendrick Lamar "know how to rap," but claims Drake is "all the way outta of it."
Drake is featured on the song "R.I.C.O.," from Mill's recent album Dreams Worth More Than Money, but Mill's says even that wasn't original work.
"He ain't even write that verse on my album and if I woulda knew I woulda took it off my album..... I don't trick my fans! Lol" he wrote.
After an additional string of tweets mentioning Minaji, Lil Wayne, Jay Z, and Rick Ross, Mills signed off saying, "I pray the real live forever and all the fake get exposed!"
